Peculiarities of state policy in the field of business in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine

Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists, the author's vision is formed regarding the essence and content of state policy in the field of business in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The provisions of the current legislation, the norms of which are aimed at regulating state policy in the researched area, are disclosed. The key features that characterize the activity studied in the article are highlighted.

 Attention is focused on the fact that, by its very nature, state policy in the field of business is a direction of state activity to regulate the functioning of economic entities with the aim of creating a favorable environment for their development based on consistency with public interests. It was noted that the specific content of state policy is a set of measures of a diverse nature, which are implemented by authorized entities to achieve the set goals.

 It was established that the features of state policy in the researched area are: a combination of public interests in protection against terrorist actions of the aggressor state with legitimate business interests regarding sustainable development; using the opportunities of safer regions of the country for the placement and development of relocated business; deregulation of business, including foreign trade relations, as the basis of investment attractiveness; methodological and grant assistance to internally displaced persons intending to engage in entrepreneurial activity; tax incentives for the development of domestic business based on the relaxation of tax pressure; e) comprehensive stimulation and development of those areas of business that are directly related to equipping the sphere of defense and security, etc.
