Abstract

The article, based on an analysis of foreign scholarly literature, identifies the positive experience of Estonia and Poland in the digitalisation of labour relations. In particular, it is emphasised that these countries actively implement electronic document management systems, digital signature tools, and the online conclusion of employment contracts, thereby simplifying interaction among employees, employers, and the State. It is noted that the specific feature of the digitalisation of labour relations in Estonia lies in the creation of a comprehensive digital ecosystem. It is further observed that the experience of Poland is particularly noteworthy because the country combines the gradual digital transformation of labour legislation with the active implementation of electronic public services and digital human resources administration. The following positive aspects of the experience of Estonia and Poland, which are advisable to implement within the Ukrainian legal framework, are identified.
