DIRECTIONS FOR THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF MANAGERIAL DECISION-MAKING BY EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES

The purpose of the study is to determine the directions for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the process of managerial decision-making by executive authorities. The paper examines the peculiarities of modern scientific approaches to the use of artificial intelligence technologies (AI) in the system of public administration. The trends in the application of AI by executive authorities of Ukraine are outlined. It has been established that managerial decision-making is a type of managerial activity. It is argued that the directions for the use of AI technologies in the activities of executive authorities should be considered in accordance with the stages of managerial decision-making. At the first stage, AI can be used to analyze the managerial situation by applying Big Data processing tools. At the second stage, the use of AI appears to be dangerous. At the third stage, the use of AI technologies should occur after a human has formulated the ways of achieving the desired result. At the fourth stage, the use of AI technologies is entirely appropriate, but it requires that an employee understand the algorithms. The fifth and sixth stages must be carried out by a human.
