СULTURE OF MANAGEMENT OFFICER STATE PENITENTIARY SERVICE UKRAINE

Abstract

The article provides a structural and functional analysis of management culture as a complex characteristic of the conditions for the qualitative implementation of managerial activities of an officer of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine.

To the components of the management culture that form its basis and characterize the general culture of the officer, it is proposed to refer necessarily the political, linguistic, ethical, aesthetic, ecological and physical culture of the officer.

Culture management as a comprehensive description of quality management implementation officer has quite a complex internal structure and essentially depends on the general culture officer, its natural qualities, his chosen management style. To the management culture components that form its foundation and characterize the general culture officer (ie define its intelligence) be sure to include political, linguistic, ethical, aesthetic, ecological and physical training officer. Political culture is the ability to navigate the course of events, to identify definitive trends in the complex set of diverse and conflicting social and political processes.

Ethical Culture is a set of rules of everyday behavior officer in his professional work, communication and behavior, as well as the expression of feelings. It is a reflection of his individual perceptions of the moral and ethical paradigm of society and serves as a compass in a specific implementation of management communication.

All the more important to the ecological culture officer, which not only defines the traditionally somewhat simplified understanding of the environment, and thus of profound general philosophical view of the need for harmonization of relations in the system «man-nature-technosphere». In other words, the officer should compare all your management decisions on their possible effects on the environment, and through him, and the conditions of life not only for today but for the future.

Physical education in DPtSU traditionally considered a necessary attribute officer. Difficult conditions of military service required not only to officers but also other categories of workers DPtSU, fluency in physical education, following a healthy lifestyle.
