ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF USE OF ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGNATURE

Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of preserving electronic documents from copying, modification and forgery requires for its solution specific means and methods of protection. It is proved that the use of an electronic digital signature, which confirms the originality of the document and reliably protects it from counterfeiting, is an effective solution for anyone who does not want to wait for arrival of courier for many hundreds of  ilometers to verify the validity of the information received or to confirm the fact of concluding a contract.
It is concluded, that the documents can be certified by electronic digital signa-ture and transferred to their destination within a few seconds, since the electronic document is transmitted using high-speed telecommunication systems, one of which is, for example, the Internet. Under these conditions, all participants of the exchange of electronic documents, regardless of distance, have the same opportunities in electronic information exchange. The search for ways to implement legally established norms in the organization of electronic document circulation using the electronic digital signature in accordance with the current legislation is timely and timely.
