THE CONCEPT AND SOURCES OF THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK GOVERNING REMUNERATION UNDER THE LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The article examines the content and defines the concept of "sources of the regulatory framework governing remuneration under the legal regime of martial law." It has been established that from the point of view of etymology, regulation is the management of some process, the regulation of the activities of something, someone, ensuring the compliance of the functioning of a certain object with the established rules and requirements. It has been established that the regulatory and legal regulation of remuneration under the legal regime of martial law is the regulatory and regulatory influence of the state on social relations arising between the employee and the employer on the issues of calculation, accrual and payment of wages. It has been proven that the sources of regulatory and legal regulation of wages under the legal regime of martial law include various legislative documents, which are most expediently divided into two groups: general and special.
