ABOUT SOME DETERMINANTS THAT LED TO THE WAR OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AGAINST UKRAINE

The article analyzes individual causes and conditions that contributed to the attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, as well as proposed scientifically based measures for their neutralization, blocking, elimination, etc., with a view to preventing similar socially dangerous encroachments in the future.
The hybrid war of the Russian Federation (RF), which was unleashed by it against Ukraine in 2014, the annexation (occupation) of Crimea, as well as the open military invasion of the territory of our state in February 2022 necessitate a comprehensive and complex scientific view of those determinants (reasons, conditions, correlates) that contributed to the perpetration of the specified socially dangerous encroachment on almost all objects of legal protection enshrined in current legislation, namely: state sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, etc. of our country, as well as rights, freedom and legitimate human interests, which are decisive in all international legal acts.
In this regard, another aspect of the issues studied in this work is important, in view of the development of scientifically based measures to prevent military actions and encroachments on the territory and other legally protected objects of Ukraine in the future, taking into account the influence of deterministic phenomena and processes on them formation and development.
It is for these reasons that the topic of the mentioned scientific article was chosen, as well as its main goal was determined – to find out the essence and content of the correlates and, in general, the deterministic mechanism of military aggression against Ukraine by the Russian Federation in order to prevent similar illegal activities of this state in the future.
In turn, the main task of this doctrinal development is the formation of scientifically based conclusions, proposals and measures related to the neutralization, blocking, elimination, etc. of the said correlates.
