Payment Policy (Publication Fee)

Currently, the editorial board and founders of the journal are considering the issue of updating the editorial policy and editorial and publishing procedures of the journal and the procedures for accepting manuscripts.
Until this process is completed, the acceptance of new articles, including by e-mail or via the "Submit an article" module, is temporarily suspended.

 General Rule

The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, ensuring free and unrestricted access to published materials. This means that:

  • authors do not pay any fees for submission, peer review, editorial processing, preparation, or publication of articles;
  • PhD candidates (third cycle of higher education) enrolled in state-funded programs, who submit single-authored manuscripts, are fully exempt from any charges for additional editorial or publishing services, including processing, peer review, and/or publication;
  • readers have free, immediate, and permanent access to full-text publications on the journal’s website.

 

  1. No Fees Policy

The journal does not charge any fees at any stage of the editorial process, including:

  • manuscript submission fees;
  • peer review fees;
  • editorial processing fees;
  • article publication fees;
  • fees for providing open access to published materials.

 

  1. Independence of Editorial Decisions

Decisions on the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are made solely on the basis of peer review results, editorial assessment, scientific quality, and compliance with the journal’s scope.

Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions, as publication in the journal is entirely free of charge for authors.

 

  1. Additional Services

The journal does not require payment for any additional services as a condition for manuscript consideration or priority publication.
