The scholarly journal “Bulletin of the Penitentiary Association of Ukraine” demonstrates full respect for authors and upholds the principle of authors retaining their rights, while ensuring openness and the lawful use of scholarly outputs.
- General Provisions
Submission of a manuscript to the journal implies that the author(s) confirm:
- the originality of the manuscript;
- the absence of any infringement of third-party copyright;
- consent to publication in accordance with the journal’s policies.
- Authors’ Rights
Authors retain:
- copyright to their work;
- the right to use the materials in their own research, teaching, and publications;
- the right to deposit the article in repositories and scholarly platforms;
- the right to disseminate the publication with proper attribution to the source.
- Journal Rights
Authors grant the journal:
- the right of first publication;
- the right to distribute the article in print and electronic formats;
- the right to include the article in scientometric databases and repositories.
- Licensing Terms
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
This allows:

- Self-Archiving
Authors are entitled to:

- Important Notice
