The scholarly journal “Bulletin of the Penitentiary Association of Ukraine” demonstrates full respect for authors and upholds the principle of authors retaining their rights, while ensuring openness and the lawful use of scholarly outputs.

Submission of a manuscript to the journal implies that the author(s) confirm:

  • the originality of the manuscript;
  • the absence of any infringement of third-party copyright;
  • consent to publication in accordance with the journal’s policies.

Authors retain:

  • copyright to their work;
  • the right to use the materials in their own research, teaching, and publications;
  • the right to deposit the article in repositories and scholarly platforms;
